For Dogs 16 weeks and older that are up to date on vaccinations, we offer a Board and Train program where your dog stays with us for about 2 weeks. We train them on all of their everyday life commands: name, heel, sit, down, place, come, wait, take-it, leave-it, off, and free on and off the leash. Once we feel like your pup is ready, we bring you in and train you. Your dog also walks away with a lifetime of advanced off-leash classes to keep up with the training.
INCLUDED:
2-3 training sessions a day depending on what your dog is working on.
Your dog will learn on and off leash manners and get plenty of attention.
“Take Home” lesson when you pick up your dog where your trainer will review everything your dog has learned and teach you how to perform the training exercises at home.
Lifetime of advanced classes and support

Please note there is a $250 per dog non-refundable deposit due at booking.
Additionally, when you book your B&T you are picking a date and time for your pups drop off.
1Week Board+Train

This program is designed to work on all of your dogs on leash basic obedience. You will not have complete off leash control of your dog with this program You will need to do one of our longer programs for off leash control or continue on with classes.
In this program, the following commands will be worked on: Name, Heel, Sit, Wait, Leave it, Come, Place, Off, Drop, and Free.
After completing the program you will receive a 1.5 hour take home lesson. We will train you on everything we have taught your dog, go over how maintain/advance the training, explains the next steps to further your training, go over any questions you have.
** It’s not possible to guarantee fixes of major behavioral issues such as dog aggression/people aggression, separation anxiety, and other major behavior issues during the 1-week board and train. You will need to look at one of our longer programs. We do guarantee that we will give you all that we can with your dog for the amount of time they are with us.

IN HOME BOARD & TRAIN
Let Scot do all the work for you!
For Dogs 16 weeks and older that are up to date on vaccinations, we offer a “In Home” Board and Train program where your dog stays with Scot for 3-4 weeks. He trains them on all of their everyday life commands: name, heel, sit, down, place, come, wait, take-it, leave-it, off, and free on and off the leash. Once your pup is to a certain point in their training, he will invite you to attend classes to work with your pup and train you. Once he feels like your pup is ready, Scot will bring you in and train you. For our out of state pups, please plan on getting a hotel room and staying for at least two days of training once your pup is ready. Your dog also walks away with a lifetime of advanced off-leash classes to help you keep up with the training.

The program is designed to work on all of your dogs on leash basic obedience. You will not have complete off leash control of your dog with this program. You will need to do one of our longer programs for off leash control or continue on with classes.
We will start developing the following commands in this program

Heel (walking on a loose leash)
Sit and extended sit

Place and Extended Place (Jump up and sit on any object you point to on command and stay there until released)
